By using the services provided by WizKid Computers (with locations in Troy, NY and East Greenbush, NY), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Repair Warranty

We offer a 60-day limited warranty on all repairs performed by WizKid Computers. This warranty covers:

• Defective parts installed by us

• Workmanship issues directly related to the repair

Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:

• Any form of accidental, physical, or liquid damage

• Tampering or repair attempts by third parties

• Software issues not related to the original repair

Customers must return the device for inspection. If the issue is determined to be caused by a faulty part or service we provided, we will repair it at no additional charge within the warranty period.

2. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of repair under the following conditions:

• Refunds apply only to repairs that are proven to be faulty due to our parts or service.

• Labor costs are non-refundable.

• Devices must be returned to our shop for inspection before any refund is processed.

If eligible, the refund will be issued minus labor charges, and only after an in-store evaluation confirms a defect.

3. Device Handling & Liability

WizKid Computers is not responsible for:

• Data loss during the repair process. Please back up your device before service.

• Damage caused by pre-existing conditions or further issues discovered after initial repair.

We handle all devices with care, but unclaimed devices left for more than 60 days after the repair is completed may be considered abandoned.

4. Customer Agreement

By leaving your device for service, you acknowledge and agree to:

• The terms above, including warranty and refund limitations

• Providing accurate contact information

• Bringing back the device for warranty claims or evaluations
